China is the world's most populous country,the population accounted for 1/5 of the world's population.Agriculture faces the first priority is maintenance national agriculture security to solve the feeding problem in our country.As the population proportion of our country larger than other countries in the world,thus solving the problem of food is the most important.In additional,China agriculture security is not only to play an important role for Chinese political security but also to play a significant impact for safety and stability of the world.The research on the agricultural brain drain problem,using the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis,the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis,analysis various types of the level of domestic seed enterprises of brain drain reasons on the characteristics and current situation,and provide solving countermeasures of the brain drain problem.Through the guide of government policy on foreign agricultural enterprises and farmers attitude toward the product and workers attitude toward the company to analysis of these three problems:1.The guide of government policy on foreign enterprises.The influence on China's agricultural development as joining of foreign enterprise.2.Farmers attitude toward the product.Farmers attitude is different for domestic and foreign products.The influence of product differentiation.Development potential of seed enterprises in China.3.Talent attitude to the company.How to get and retain more and more agriculture talents when foreign enterprise competition,how to promote and improve the system,and how to ensure a sustainable development of the level of domestic seed enterprises in china.Through understanding of the police for agricultural enterprise development and different product characteristics and domestic and foreign companies management levels to analysis brain drain of the level of domestic seed company.Effects of agricultural enterprise talent development and construction direction,combination the domestic and international experience and talents cultivation.In the case analysis the impact of foreign agricultural enterprises to the level of domestic seed enterprises and give some advice.
