With the rapid economic development, Human resource is the most valuableresource of the enterprise, and it is the engine of corporations’ development. While theresearch and development (R&D) talents are the enterprise’s kernel competitive powerin Contract Research Organization(CRO) industry. As we know, it is favorable to thedevelopment of enterprises for the normal flow of R&D talent. But excessively frequentflowing of talent may have harm effect on the stability and durative of the corporation.Therefore, How to reduce the outflow of the R&D talent, has become the big problem inCRO companies.This paper takes HD pharmaceutical R&D outsourcing Company (CRO) in HunanProvince as an example.We use human resource management theory and other modemmanagement theory to comprehensively analyze the status and impact of HD company’sR&D talent drain, and then do specific analysis of the reasons for R&D talent drainthrough staff interview. I give the conclusion about that: the main reasons of R&D talentdrain in HD company are related to compensation and benefits system, personaldevelopment, career planning and enterprise culture. And then, we put forward a seriesof countermeasures to keep the R&D talents according to the actual situation of HDCompany. Such as: offering competitive salary and benefits, cherishing personaldevelopment and career planning of the R&D personnel, as well as a positive workenvironment and corporate culture.This paper tries to explore the problem of the CRO company R&D talent drain sothat we can do a comprehensive analysis of the causes of R&D talent drain in CROindustry, and in order to help CRO companies’ development strategy match with thepersonal development and career planning of R&D talent,and finally help companiescope with the fierce market competition.... |
