Along with the Chinese economy rapid development, the Chinese hotel industry is facing the more and more keen competition. Although the Chinese hotel industry already connects rails with the overseas colleague, but many for hardware visible introduction, the direct imitation is more than the deep level the model, but to service level, staff quality, management idea and so on "software" the introduction quite is deficient. This causes the hotel management pattern which forms to have aspect from the very beginning and so on management connotation, management idea flaws, has seriously affected our country hotel industry market competitive power.In order to change this kind of passive aspect, in the domestic hotel industry "the hardware" in the level close international standard situation, "the software" has become the competition focal point day by day, but educates is precisely the hotel "the software" foundation of the construction. Through the education, improves the staff quality, the working efficiency, the professional dedication and the occupational ethics standard, and raises ability which it studies continually, can achieve the hotel humanist whole optimization goal, can meet the intensified management need, can be in an impregnable position in the keen competition.Must become one to have the competitive power hotel, this hotel must be the study hotel. Must become the study hotel, must establish the study atmosphere in the hotel interior. Must develop regular, the non-periodical out of production as well as on-the-job training to all staff.This article embarks from the training elementary theory, through to XX hotel original training system analysis, and proposed the new design proposal, elaborated the training management comprehensively to the hotel management development vital role.The first part has summarized this article research background, the research theory, the research aim and the scope as well as the article primary coverage and the structure arrangement.
