Design On The Training System Of Middle Level Managers In A Hotel

Literature research discovery,at present most of the hotel frontline staff training system is relatively mature,but the middle management training system as one of the most important part of the human resource management,but did not form system and standard,at the same time,the hotel also lack of targeted training of middle managers.In this paper,we study the WD hotel is built according to the five-star hotel in Hefei international hotel,the hotel industry in a leading position in the city.But from the point of the hotel management state,middle management can't adapt to the new strategy and form development,so how to optimize middle management training system,to enhance the quality middle managers,really play a indispensable role in middle management staff in the hotel,the hotel is problem to be solved,and this problem has become a national star hotel managers and scholars at home and abroad research hot spot.In this paper,we study the middle managers in WD as the subject,make survey of middle managers training system in WD,find the reasons of problems:lack of strategy support to lead to insufficient training input,ambiguous training aims and low professional level even defect the training monitor feedback system for middle managers.This paper analyses the present training system and combine middle managers own characters with middle management system optimization goal,principle and content.To make sure the smooth implementation and put forward the perfect system of training plan,strengthen organization construction,formulate perfect training system,and strengthen the positive and effective communication,improve the five measures of career management.The innovation of this paper is enrich the training theory system and enlarge the research scope of middle managers training,enhance the professional knowledge and management ability and design a set of training system and support facility for middle managers in such kind of hotel,to provide theory basis and reference for middle managers training.
