The development of China's tourism industry has led to the rapid development of the Chinese hotel industry.At the same time,it has brought great competition to the hotel industry.Hotel competition has gradually turned to service competition,and has turned to talent competition.Therefore,hotel managers must Emphasizing the cultivation and stability of hotel personnel,training of employees has become an important means for cultivating talents and retaining them.Against this background,this article started a research project around the optimization of the staff training system at Huatai Hotel,Huludao City,analyzed the existing staff training system at Huatai Hotel in Huludao,and introduced the human resources of Huatai Hotel.The situation analyzes the characteristics of its human resources composition,summarizes the current status of its employee training system,and also analyzes the deficiencies in its training system,including the irrational design of the training curriculum system and the lack of effective training needs analysis.There are several shortcomings,such as the implementation of training work and the inefficiency of results transformation.On this basis,the staff training system of Huatai Hotel was optimized and redesigned,the objectives and principles of the optimized design were clarified,the training needs of the hotel staff groups under different classifications were determined,and the staff training system for Huatai Hotel was established.Four aspects of the structure,curriculum system,organization and implementation,and effectiveness evaluation were designed.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the staff training work of Huatai Hotel,effective management systems,organizational guarantees,and training activities were improved.,as well as protection measures that focus on employee career management.
