With the speedy development of tourist hotel industry and the maturity of domestic hotel management day by day, more and more hotels begin to realize, as the important component of an enterprise's human resource development, staff training plays a significant role in improving employees' quality, enhancing enterprise's cohesions and upgrading its core competitiveness. While how to establish a staff training system that conforms to hotels' own developing characteristics has been a problem many high-ranking hotels are considering and thinking of . But staff training in Chinese high-ranking hotels haven't received expected effect. The subject investigated in the paper—Hua Tian hotel is so.Based on the basic theory of staff training, the paper discusses the existing problems in training hotel staff as well as detailedly introduces and analyzes the development strategy, inside and outside environment, current state of human resource and staff training. It reveals that hotel staff training is lacking of enough support to hotels' developing strategies, and perfect training demand analysis , competent execution ability, which affects the effect and results in the fact that hotel's staff training is left behind by demand for the development of hotel collectivism and 'world first-class hotels' organization'. On the basis of the above, making systematic training theory the guide, in view of the strategy, the paper puts forward the integrate solution plan for staff training in HuaTian Hotel, including constituting the training strategy,designing training execution and managing flow, establishing achievement-transforming mechanism and scientific system for rating training effect, at the same time, building up hotels' training system led by enterprises' developent strategies and staff's career planning, making the training activities work better for the development strategy of establishing advantageous hotel group and the synchro development of the staff and hotel and eventually, setting basis for the stable and strong progress of the hotel.
