Research On Occupational Pension Risks Control

Occupational pension risks control is a new research area. The author intends to analyze the risks that occupational pension system faces and control these risks according to occupational pension that was put forward by professors and scholars of China.On1st May 2004,the implementation of《Trial Measures for occupational pension》and《Trial Measures for occupational pension fund management》indicates that occupational pension of China enters a new stage of development. The new system decides that occupational pension adopts trust mode. Occupational pension management involves many parties in this mode. It needs several ten years from levying fund to drawing pension. These lead to risks control chain longer. Based on analyzing the risks existing in the course of occupational pension, the thesis discusses the theoretical and practical problems in the risk control of occupational pension in China and tries to put forward some useful ideas on how to design the risk control system of occupational pension.This thesis is composed of four parts. The main content and points are as follows.The first part is the basis of the whole thesis . It is a necessary preparation for the study of the last two parts, which are the core of this thesis In this part the author makes an general introduction and analysis of China's current occupational pension, defines and discriminates some important conceptions in order to make the study object clear and build up a sound basis for the following study.In second part, the author discusses the risks that occupational pension systemfaces, then identify and classify the main risks in occupational pension in China.The third part tries to give some ideas on how to establish risk management system of China's occupational pension. According to the characteristics of different risk types, we present techniques of minimizing and controlling risks associated with occupational pension. In this part, the author puts forward corresponding risks control measures according to there alit of China. Based on the introduction and analysis of the risk-compensation mechanism in our country, the author makes some suggestions on the establishment of risk-compensation mechanism of China's occupational pension system. The part is the most important in thesis.At the last, the author analyzes a plan of occupational pension through case studies.There are so many questions in the occupational pension operation that need to be studied. However, due to the limitation of the length of the thesis, the author can't probe into each one of them. Therefore, based on a general and brief introduction, thesis mainly analyze the risks that occupational pension faces and control these risks.
