| The modern logistics is a kind of rising industry, as a advanced organizing manner and managing technology, it is exerting the important role in the national economic and social development. It is very important that how to mobilize the employee's enthusiasm in the modern logistics company. The salary is the main and effective means if we want to mobilize the staff. Therefore, it is very significant that how to design and implement the appropriate salary system for developing the modern logistics industry.This dissertation conducts a detailed study about the staff's salary system of the M logistics company. Under the basic theory of the salary and the other relative theory, this dissertation analyzes the reasons for which many problems exist in the present salary system through the satisfaction investigation of the employee's salary. The lack of modern salary notion and technology is the main reason, for example, the scientific performance inspection and quantification mechanism. The other reasons include the lack of the effective communication in the process of management and the scarcity of the human capital. This dissertation uses the qualitative and quantitative approach to analyze the relative factors of the salary scheme under the relative theory of the salary, it optimizes the design of salary system of the managers and operational staff, and so the supporting measure of the new scheme is put forward. The content of the dissertation consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, it expounds the background, the significance, the basic method and the thought of this study; the second part expatiates the relative theory of salary; the third part illuminates and analyzes the present status and problems of the M logistics company's salary system; the fourth part puts forward a adaptive salary scheme; the fifth part puts forwards the supporting measure through which the new scheme is ensured to bring into effect.The final purpose of this dissertation is to theorize a scientific and appropriate salary system through which the manager can use the modern human resource management theory to regulate the management of the logistics company, at the same time, the author enhances the apperception of the design of the salary system in the practice. |
