A good compensation system is the foundation and basis of salary management in enterprise.Best suitable compensation system design, involving enterprise between the target and the status quo, how to use a variety of economic and non-economic means to meet the material and spiritual needs of different levels employees, so as to attract talents, retain staff, can make the enterprise through the excellent talents achieve the goal of the enterprise or reducing the gap between the status quo and target, and constantly improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore, research on compensation system for the development of the enterprise has very important significance.In this paper, based on theory of human resource management, Y company present situation analysis, through the questionnaire survey to find out the problems existing in the compensation system in Y company, analyzes the reasons of problems related to absorb domestic and foreign enterprises for reference, the salary design, on the basis of theoretical results, contact with enterprise’s actual situation, carry on the optimization to the enterprise salary system design, so as to achieve the purpose of attracting talent, motivating employees, make the enterprise keep rapid development.Through the study of this article the following results:One is through the questionnaire survey of employees of different levels and departments, tease out Y company currently existing in the compensation system of the overall pay satisfaction low, unreasonable salary structure, standard non-market incentives, incentives such main problems as lack of innovation.Second, on the basis of the problem analysis, job analysis and job evaluation of Y company, and redesigned the post salary, performance salary, years of work such as wages, welfare and other wages, optimized the Y company’s compensation system, make the system more standardized and scientific.Three is established based on the point of wages of broadband pay system, make employees further expansion in the promotion channels, especially for the core staff and grass-roots staff incentive effect is further enhanced.Four is the detailed performance evaluation mechanism, clear understanding of the company by the management key link in the process of value creation, job performance and bonuses and other direct link;At the same time introduced the assessment grade and the competent department of comprehensive performance evaluation mechanism, is advantageous to the employees of the personal qualities and team cooperation ability.
