As the carrier of comprehensive telecommunication business, Shaanxi Unicom takes the building of systematic, high efficiency and competitive marketing channel as the necessity of enterprise development. Being up against fierce marketing competition, Recomposed Shaanxi Unicom has more requirements on channel integration.The article studies the "channel" of "4P" theory in Marketing as a core issue by theoretical research, market research and scientific planning, based on the actual situation of Shaanxi Unicom. It studies the five grades system of marketing channel based on system analysis, inductive analysis, case analysis and some other methods.Based on the concept of five grades system of marketing channel, the article sorts out and classifies the current system and future construction framework. The construction idea of Shaanxi Unicom is established then. At the same time, it also presents the strategic issues about the development, construction scale, development goal, the principle of new network's location and the construction goal of the channel network.The most important is that the detailed implementation scheme about the construction of China Unicom is established, at the same time, there are detailed discussions, specific operation and execution means for the channel management's mechanism construction, criterion, implementation measure, associated promoting and assessment means. Finally, the article draws a clear conclusion that the construction of the five grades system of marketing channel is the foundation for the China Unicom's fast and steady development and the concept of "channel is the King" must be carried out and put into effect in all levels of enterprise.Five grades system of marketing channel and management system concluded in this article will absolutely have a positive effect for enterprise to improve its proportion and business performance. The article is highly forward-looking, through the analysis and research, an advanced thinking of the construction of marketing channel system is proposed considering of the marketing need of the reorganization and reform facing in communication industry in arrival of 3G, in a long time, it is highly instructive.
