Research On Knowledge Innovation Of Industrial Cluster

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge innovation has become a driving force and source of economic growth. The knowledge innovation of industry clusters is being increasingly attracted wide attention from academics. So I do some research on knowledege innovation of industrial cluster to analyze the mechanism of industry clusters'knowledge innovation and the system's building of industry clusters'knowledge innovation.This paper based on the study of knowledge management, knowledge innovation and industrial clusters, doing a further study about the mechanism of industry clusters'knowledge innovation and the system's building of industry clusters'knowledge innovation. First, the paper introduced the industry clusters, knowledge management and knowledge innovation's basic theory, analyzing the characteristics and the classification of industrial clusters'knowledge and expounding the path of industry clusters'knowledge management and the process of industry clusters'knowledge innovation. Second, the paper based on the six elements'interaction and innovative analysis of the industrial cluster, analyzing the mechanism of industry clusters'knowledge innovation. Furthermore, through the analysis of the main and subsidiary organs of industrial clusters, the paper used the short.term planning, medium.term planning and long.term planning to build a knowledge innovation system of industrial clusters. Finally, the paper based the analysis of the status of automobile industry's knowledge innovation in Changchun City, putting forward an idea to build the knowledge innovation system of automobile industry in Changchun.This paper has the innovations as follows:1.On the basis of the research of industrial cluster,knowledge management and knowledge innovation discuss industrial cluster in the concept of knowledge innovation.2.On the basis of the analysis of industry clusters'knowledge innovation find out the mechanism of industry clusters'knowledge innovation and build the knowledge innovation system of industrial clusters.
