Research On The Influencing Factors And Promoting Ways Of Competitiveness Of Agricultural Technology Enterprises

Agriculture is the first industry in China. The development of agriculture depends on both science and technology, and there is no doubt that agricultural technology enterprises play an extremely important role in the process of building a well-off society. With the continual concern on the "Three Rural Issues", and with the deepening reform of agricultural technology system, a large number of agricultural technology enterprises are gradually growing and developing, and they inject vitality to the agricultural scientific research and the market. Agricultural technology enterprises are the pioneer of agricultural development, and the main force of the agricultural modernization. The prosperity and development of agricultural technology enterprises play a strong role in promoting the reform of China's science and technology education system, combining the agricultural science and education and research, optimizing and upgrading the agricultural structure, promoting the modernization of agriculture's development and increasing peasants'income.In the context of accession to WTO, and under the condition of the changing science and technology, China's agricultural technology enterprises face to the increasingly fierce competition from domestic and international markets. The international competitiveness of agriculture, finally, is the competition of agricultural technology. As an important carrier of agricultural technology, the competitiveness of agricultural technology enterprises has a more direct relation to the result of the international competitiveness of China's agriculture. After China's accession to the WTO, both domestic and international markets are in a high degree of unity, so that the competitiveness of individuals is severely tested, could agricultural technology enterprises gain a firm foothold in the competitive market? It largely depends on the level of their competitiveness. At present, the development of agricultural technology enterprise is still not perfect, so ,the agricultural technology enterprises should solidly start from the inside to foster their own competitiveness in order to finding their foothold in fierce competitive market.The main research contents of this article follow:1. From introducing the important role in agricultural development and competitiveness of agricultural technology enterprises, we submit the objects and scope of the study and sorted out the framework of this article and technical route.2. First, we introduce the meaning of agricultural technology enterprises, as well as their formed way, characteristics, functions and classification. And then we summer up the history, current situation and problems of the agricultural technology enterprises in China.3. From identifying the influencing factors in the development of agricultural technology enterprises'competitiveness which is on the basis of enterprise competitiveness theory, we identify 12 factors from external factors, resource and capacity. From refining, comparing and selecting, we get 16 specific factors. And we use the DEMATEL to analyze these influence factors, and then gain the main factors, which are capital, core technology, management capability, quality of managers, product branding and technological innovation capability.4. According to the main influencing factors of competitiveness, we propose five ways which promote the competitive strengths of agricultural technology enterprises in our country. The ways are innovation in technology, enhancement in finance, development in human resource, improvement in management and increase in quality and construction in culture.
