Research On Factors Influencing The Merger & Acquisitions Of Pesticide Enterprises Based On Fuzzy-DEMATEL Method

Agricultural enterprises are enterprises which can provide comprehensive,completed,integrated technology services for farmers and agricultural production.According to the indication of government "speeding up the transformation of economic development",Ministry of Industry and Information Technology propose that we should increase the power which can make Chinese pesticide industry mergers and reorganizing.It can adjust the structure of the agricultural industry,change patterns of development in the agriculture sector,improve the competitiveness of the agricultural industry,but also the main means of industrial transformation and upgrading agriculture supervise.With the increasingly fierce competition of agricultural market in recent years,agricultural enterprises tend to gain competitive advantage through mergers and acquisitions,and then to deal with the challenges and threats encountered in the development of enterprises.Therefore,conversion of merger and reorganization of enterprises has become an important strategy for enterprises to maintain its development needs conversion,and conversion of merger and reorganization of enterprises is influenced by many factors,and the construction process of exploring factors system is of great significance to promote the conversion of merger and reorganization of enterprises.Although the industry and scholars have advocated mergers and acquisitions to achieve industrial upgrading,but constructing the influencing factors system for mergers and acquisitions of agricultural enterprises and the influence of various factors on the merger and reorganization mechanism,lack of systematic and thorough research.Agricultural enterprises mergers and acquisitions can make rational use of resources,so as to meet the challenges and threats faced by enterprises,SMEs can rely on the core business competitive advantage to maintain sustainable development of enterprises,in advanced phase agrochemical companies can introduce strategic partners,combining the strengths and build their core competitiveness.Promote agribusiness mergers and acquisitions and healthy development of the business and carry out regular operations and increase agricultural guarantee of success of mergers and acquisitions,and for the development of national agricultural policies play a reference role.(Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,DEMATEL)which use graph theory and matrix tools by American scholars of multivariate analysis methods Decision Systems Test and Evaluation Test Method for fuzzy set theory.Fuzzy decision theory fuzzy theory is part of the system,by introducing a fuzzy membership function,fuzzy concept relations and fuzzy inference rules for handling a large number of uncertain information.A comprehensive assessment of the problem is the object by a plurality of factors to make a general assessment,evaluation,with some vague and subjective,so the use of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method,as far as possible so that the result objective.Based on the existing research literature on mergers and restructuring restructuring and mergers and acquisitions of agricultural enterprises,analysis of the factors influencing the effect of agricultural enterprises mergers and acquisitions in various aspects,and build the index system.Secondly,on the basis of this,the Fuzzy-DEMATEL method is applied to the agricultural enterprise management,construct a model of fuzzy decision and evaluation method of the laboratory experiment index based on analysis of correlation degree between the indexes,determine the key factors influencing the effect of mergers and acquisitions of agrochemical enterprises,and to explore the mechanism of various factors on the conversion of mergers and acquisitions.Finally,the applicability and scientificity of a small and medium sized agricultural mergers and acquisitions business in large agricultural enterprises as a case to explain the model and method.The results show that the profit mode of the market environment,the national environmental policy and enterprises to accelerate the conversion of enterprises mergers and acquisitions,mergers and acquisitions between enterprises of both culture and management system determines the success of mergers and acquisitions,mergers and acquisitions mode selection also play an important role for the conversion between enterprises mergers and acquisitions.In this paper,for the smooth implementation of agricultural enterprises merger and reorganization and restructuring of agricultural enterprises,and provide the reference to achieve sustained and healthy development of Chinese industries.Although the article for the agricultural enterprises mergers and acquisitions management is of a good management revelation,some deficiencies existing by the article,and the main problems are: lacking some results of the analysis which has limitations universality,lacking more research to further improve the sample corresponding risk prevention measures,lacking more analysis of international agricultural enterprises,ignoring the cross-border mergers and acquisitions in transnational country's culture.In a word,we should do more work to improve the evaluation result and the more universal applicability.
