Discussion On Company Management Problems Of Our Country's Family Enterprise

The family enterprise is a pattern of enterprise going through economy transition and just rising in accordance to our country's reform and opening-up economy. Since getting approval of the state policy, it has developed reasonably fast. Various data surveyed reveal that the amount of the family enterprise has been constantly increased, the scale has been expanded, and it has taken great effect. The family enterprise has been an important component of our country's socialist market economy, which has become the important impetus for our county's national economy development. Though the development of the family enterprise has its vitality, it has its own abuse, which will be the serious obstacle to restrict the development of the family enterprise unless it is overcome timely and effectively. Based on the analysis of the gradual process of the family enterprise management model, this paper further studies the present situation of the family enterprise management. By analyzing the achievement and abuse existing in the family enterprise management, this paper points out that modern company management is a reasonable choice for the family enterprise in our country. Finally, it attempts to illustrate the principle and method of the modern company management for our country's family enterprise, and discuss some aspects that should be dealt with in the modern company management for our country's family enterprise, in the hope of proposing some suggestions for the sustained, healthy development for the family enterprise in our country.
