Jilin oilfield company still has used some equipment management software which has closely related with the equipment management since 2006,for example:Jilin oilfield company GPS vehicle management system in order to strengthen the administration of the vehicle safety operation,Business vehicle to improve the utilization efficiency,etc.These software highlighted a link in the management of equipment management,thinning the management requirements,improve management level and the enterprise economic benefits.But each set of system is self-sustaining and Independent operation,the same equipments information can not share,the function crosses,System operation and maintenance workload increase greatly,therefore need to integrate the software function.To solve the problems of the device management information system,such as the large quantity,the unreasonable process,the unreasonable function and the workload of operation and maintenance,this paper analyzes the using condition,functional characters and the existing problems of the four device management information system applied in Jilin Oil field Company.By actually business process analysis,system requirements analysis and the entire construction of system,this paper raised the thinking of the integration and improvement of information systems,and combined with the integrated management of the modern equipment and the theory of net and information technology,completed the basic design of management module and function description of the integration of device management information system.Judging from the design and planning,the integrated device management information system has many advantages of the applied software;it also extends the function,achieves the information sharing of the devices and decreases the workload of maintenance.The design of this device fully reflects the integrated management idea of lifelong informationization,which is argument from the planning,selection,purchase and installation of pre-purchase inspection,through the day-to-day maintenance,repair, renewal and transformation of the medium-term maintenance to the final disposition of equipment of the late end-of-life disposal.Meanwhile,it also integrated functions of the GPS vehicle management,official vehicle reservation management,equipment maintenance approval management,equipment maintenance management from network and so on.When EMIS development successful,if put into operation it must will greatly enhance the supervision and management of equipment including supervise, maintenance and good condition of various management information quickly statistics and analysis ability,for various equipment management personnel,especially for leadership decision-making support,effectively improve the efficiency of the management of equipment.
