With the increasingly fierce market competition,digital transformation has become an internal driving force for enterprise development.As a well-known state-owned enterprise in Henan Province,HN Group has closely followed the development of the times,and proposed the strategic goal of building a "digital group",In order to play the role of information driven and leading,promote business integration and innovation,and comprehensively support the high-quality development of the Group's business.However,there are some shortcomings in the informatization management of HN group,such as the lack of information personnel,the lack of depth and breadth of informatization work management,and insufficient binding power of the group to its subordinate enterprises,which lead to many problems in the process of digital transformation.Especially in the integration management of Multi-information systems,The problems are especially prominent,such as many "data chimneys" among enterprises,repeated integration,inefficient communication,and irregular processes,non-standard cost management and so on,which have seriously affected the effective sharing of group resources,the integration of the whole value chain of resources and the innovation of business model.Based on the analysis of the current situation of HN group,this paper summarizes the four problems in the integration management of HN group's multi-information systems by means of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews at first,including unreasonable organizational structure,lack of standardized process specification,imperfect communication mechanism and lack of management assistance.Then,it puts forward targeted optimization strategies,which optimize and adjust the organizational structure,clarify the responsibilities of functional managers,establish standardized multi-information systems integration management process and acceptance process to standardize the process,improve the communication mechanism and build a project management platform to unblock the information communication channel,and establish a comprehensive performance appraisal mechanism to realize the management of all participants in multi-information systems integration.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures needed for the implementation of the optimization scheme,points out the shortcomings of the scheme and continuous optimization suggestions.
