Since Professor McClelland brought forward the concept of competence in 1973, a multitude of aspects about competence such as the definition, construction and the classification of the elements have been developed well. In details, there are more subdivided areas of competence have been researched for a long time and gotten abundant accomplishment such like the development and analysis of employees'performance table including the relationship between employees'quality and work performance, and the relationship among employees'quality, products'quality improvement, company's human resources management, company's competitive advantage and company's sustainable development. However, the research about employees'quality is still in the analyze level so far. It neglects the research to special industry, pays less attention on agriculture, and there is no research can be found about the employees in agriculture industry in Jilin Province, China. The research about the employees'quality working in agriculture industry and measurement the relationship between employees'quality and turnover rate in Jilin Province will bring profit to the agriculture industry in Jilin Province, and the agriculture companies can develop their competitive advantage via this.This essay is research about relationship between the employees'quality and turnover intension. According to the definition of competence by McClelland, based on the table of employees'quality and turnover intention, with the method of questionnaire; combine the regional and industrial characteristic to reveal the specificities of employees'working in agriculture industry Jilin Province.To achieve the goal of research, a summary of exiting research of competence and a conclusion about other scholars'ideas of competence have been posted in the beginning to indicate the basement of this paper—competence iceberg model. And then, it reviews the research about the competence of agriculture industry; points out the definition, construction and classification of competence; lists the relationship among the development of employees'competence table, measurement of employees'quality between performance, and the growing of the company; then retrospect the concept of turnover intension and correlation theories, and designates the existing research are concentrating on influence of the working attitude including working satisfactory and organizational commitment, and the variable of population such as age, marriage and annual salary on the employees'turnover intension. However, rarely scholars analyze it from the point of view of company's employees. In the end, this paper remarks the relationship between employees'quality and turnover intension, reveals there is no research set the employees'quality as a whole entity to analyze the relationship between turnover intension and it. What is more, there is no research about the relationship between agriculture employees'quality and turnover intension. But both researches from aboard and inboard are agreed to that the employees'characteristic and economic factors have significant affect on the turnover intension. This illustrates employees'characteristic, working motion, knowledge and skills all have influence on the turnover intension. In the mean time, this essay offers evidence to the research on relationship between the agriculture employees'quality and turnover intension.Based on the above reviews, here are six assumptions about the employees working in the agriculture industry Jilin Province:There is a negative relationship between employees'quality and turnover intension.There is a positive relationship between employees'working motion and turnover intension.There is a negative relationship between employees'social status and turnover intension. There is a negative relationship between employees'self-cognition and turnover intension.There is a negative relationship between employees'characteristic and turnover intension.There is a positive relationship between employees'knowledge and skills and turnover intension.In addition, this paper examines the differences among different employees on turnover intension.According to the definition of competence by McClelland, based on the table of employees'quality and turnover intention, 426 samples have been collected with the method of questionnaire. By the examination of the employee competency scale and the turnover intention scale, reliability and validity of the questionnaire, single sample T tested, single element differences analyze and element analysis, some conclusions have been gotten as below:The employees'competence table can be used in the examination of employees'working in the agriculture industry in Jilin Province China.The essay certifies that different gender, learning history and age show different turnover intension in the agriculture industry Jilin Province.In this paper, there is positive relationship between employees'quality and turnover intension which is different from other existing research about the turnover intension.This paper reveals the negative relationship between employees'self-cognition, characteristic, social status and turnover intension. And among these factors, social status influences the turnover intension most. In the regression model of competence-employees'quality, a standard regression equation can be get: turnover intension= -0.34* social status+ 0.166 * knowledge and skills.Based on the above conclusions, this essay suggest that the agriculture companies can reduce the turnover intension by improving employees'self-cognition, characteristic and social status, and improve employees'quality in the mean time.
