With the increasing development of e-commerce industry in our country,express delivery industry is also developing quickly.However,due to the growthrate in resources input barely keep up with the growth rate of heavy volume,manyproblems faced with varying degrees by many enterprises in the industry,take theexamples of the fierce competition for the talent and the high rate loss of personnelwhich is nearly up to50%.The research on employee turnover intention can deeplyfind out the factors influent the turnover intention of employees in company,thengive constructive suggestions for the managers and help the enterprise complete thejob of attracting and retaining employees carefully,which has significance onkeeping entrepreneurs' competitive advantage and promoting the long-rangeprospects development.The research on faculty losses intention has been almost50years in theinternational academic field,on the basis of social practice and enterprise practice,many scholars also give some employee turnover forecast models of dynamic,but ithas ignored by the local scholars and entrepreneurs in the past years,so thedeficiencies of localization practice in this field is a permanent and realisticproblem.In this context,this paper attempts to make empirical analysis ofemployee turnover intention,the research work of this thesis primarily includes sixparts:in the introduction section mainly introduces the background,significance ofthe study,the research method,innovation points;in the second part introducescultural heritage reviewed,theoretical basis,the factors that influent the technologyemployee turnover intention and the survey method used commonly about turnoverWuhan,data animalize of the questionnaire;the fourth part will establish theeffective model,verify the hypotheses and reason analysis about those keyproblems identified in the research; the fifth part gives some managementsuggestions based on the key research;the study conclusions,deficiencies on the research and future research prospects will be in the end.On the foundation of summarizing predecessors'research accomplishments,paper carries out empirical research on the influence mechanism toward theemployee turnover intention;then puts forward the basic content of influencemechanism by the analysis of optimal scale regression in SPSS16.0.This paper waswritten based on the survey of a express company in Wuhan.Found out the keyfactors that influent the employee turnover intention below: training anddevelopment;incentive and payment;leadership approach and employees'personal characteristics.From all the above analysis,the key affecting factors canbe identified and specific suggestions based on the research are summarized....
