Since reform and open, the economic and society of China have developed speedily, people's living standards have greatly improved and domestic large shopping centers (Shopping Mall, Abbreviation Mall) have arisen as mushroom. To great extent, it revised the previous single-type of buying and selling commercial and cultural patterns, into a shopping, leisure, entertainment and living experience in one type of commercial and cultural patterns. It may be said that it initiates one"trade revolution", moreover come into being more and more research about Mall. A lot of scholars made a lot of research and exploration about Mall from economics, management, architecture, and so on. However, research result which is through the Anthropology perspective to explore Mall is yet seldom at the moment .For these reasons, the paper is in view of previous related research, and try to explore the cultural construction of Northeast Mall, which is through the perspective of the Cultural Anthropology and Organizational Sociology.This paper selects Changchun Eurasia Shopping Mall for the case, and is based on in-depth detailed field survey and meticulous combing of the literature, and follows the inherent law of cultural development and the practice logic of organizational development change. First of all, it is shown that an overview of Changchun Eurasia Shopping Mall, the development process, as well as the characteristics of Corporate Culture. Then I take the perspective of Cultural Anthropology and Organizational Sociology to explore the necessity and importance of the cultural construction in Northeast Mall during the social transformation period, and which is permeated in the main framework of the cultural origins, cultural impact, cultural concerns and cultural way out of the Northeast Mall. Finally, I focus on the cultural construction of the Northeast Mall, after the analysis of the current global trends about Mall's development and Northeast Mall geographical cultural problems. Generally speaking, from the changes in Changchun Eurasia Shopping Mall, we can see changes in the development of the Northeast Mall are the result of the interaction among various factors. However, Culture action is real and is being in the core position. Economic and cultural integration of the theory has pointed out that economic development required a new culture into the spit of their own and to create new heights.After more than a year of study and research, I found that the characteristics of the Northeast regional cultural factors on the emergence of the Northeast Mall plays the origin role, moreover is the significant inside thrust to accelerate sustainable development, which is consist of the system culture ,consumption culture , organizational culture and historical traditions and culture, and so on. Therefore, in the context of the globalization wave, in order to continue to maintain healthy sustainable development, the Northeast Mall must have to pay attention to the cultural construction. On the one hand, we should respect for local customs and cultural characteristics of the nation, at the same time, we should follow the pulse of the times, adapt to the cultural development and change of era. Internally, we should implement the "people management", to enhance cohesion and the efficiency of its development mechanism; externally, we should insist "customer oriented", and handle well the relationship between business and government to establish the legitimacy of the existence of mechanisms to enhance its core competitiveness of enterprises. Only sufficiently valuing and strengthen the cultural construction of Mall, Northeast Mall can be long-term development at the local, so as to promote Northeast business model improvements and upgrades, and the promotion of the northeast old industrial base revitalization. At present, Changchun Eurasia Shopping Mall is from the previous single-type of buying and selling commercial and cultural patterns, into a shopping, leisure, entertainment and living experience in one type of commercial and cultural patterns, and has a good development momentum, and in fact proved the importance and need of cultural construction.Speaking from a deeper level, the issue of Mall'cultural construction is closely related to the modernization transition about Chinese business culture, so it is a time of great significance and a challenging task. During the current period of social transformation, recalling the twists and turns of China's commercial development process, we should not only focus on the ancient Chinese goods within the scope of this tour, but also required a clear understanding about the potential problems of our own culture, meanwhile ,we should need to know the worldwide dynamics of consumption and culture. Only then can we better deal with dialectically the relationship between Chinese traditional culture and modern Western cultures, regional and global folk culture values, the culture model of short-term static and continued culture of trend dynamics .And then, we integrate the "local knowledge" and "world knowledge" that is excellent and in line with the long-term development of human, in order to sum up the cultural orientation of positive attitude. As a result, we can use it to guide the economic development and social progress, and promote commercial structural optimization and society harmonious. Therefore, we also deeply sense that this is the period, which really needs cultural integration and calls for cultural awareness. Although the course is full of hardships, it is full of significance.There is no doubt that this is an initial attempt study, which focuses on Mall's cultural construction through point of view of cultural anthropology and explores the impact and constraints on Mall from the regional and cultural factors. However, the current research literature related to Mall is low, and less someone from a cultural point of view to study. Moreover the issue concentrates a large number of study subjects, such as the anthropology, sociology, ethnology and the management, and so on. In addition, more a lack of historical data and local history, and due to my limited ability, it is difficult to grasp and in-depth study theory. For these reasons, the arguments materials seem inadequate in cultural origin and development of Changchun Eurasia Shopping Mall, and I should look for more ethnographic material to support the above opinion.
