The Study On Appling Of Life-Cycle Management Method In Engineering Project

Engineering project's management is usually carried on in different stage,each stage has different management content,and often executed by different organizations, corresponding the policy-making stage,the implementation stage and the operation stage which are included in the entire life-cycle of project.Although they have close relationship, they are independent management process.In the traditional pattern of project management, as a result of man-made reason,people didn't think about the effect of the completed project in the decision-making and the implementation stage of the project,but pay more attention to the realization of the goal in this stage.Lead to the implementation phase and operation phase out of touch with each other,even contradict.Facility and operating management corporation used to management in the preparation phase of the project or even after the completion of project.The services is passive,sometimes they begin working after the "cut" which is caused in implementation stage of the project It's bad for the overall project goals.All partners of the project consider only their own benefit,but neglected the project overall objective,causes malpractice which is difficulty to overcome.The engineering project life-cycle management pattern is a new management system which integrates and unities three mutual independent management process named decision-making stage(DM),implementation stage(OPM) and operation stage(FM). Project life-cycle management is a new management pattern,it is core from the life-cycle perspective,integrate three mutual independent management processes in management concept,thought,objectives,tools,Methods and so on.The owners,operators, development management,project management and facility management sides manage and control the goal of project with unified management rules and integrated management information system.Presently,research to life-cycle management is in elementary step which proposed life-cycle management's idea,the content and so on.This article analysis the tradition engineering project management pattern's malpractice,proposed the engineering project all-life management pattern's concept,and has established its corresponding organizations, laid a foundation to achieve the engineering project total life cycle goal.This article unifies the empirical analysis through the construction of life-cycle management system,enables life-cycle management to have deeper progress,made it to have more value.
