The Research And Application On The Whole Process Of Construction Project Management System Of Inner Mongolia Grid

Not only power industry is the most important basic energy industry in national economic development, but the key of priority development in the world economic development strategy. Therefore, how to make the modern information technology apply in power industry, how to further improve the power enterprise's office efficiency, how to promote the management level and control ability, and realizing the grand goal of intelligent grid in the end, are going to be the key and difficulty in power industry'further research.This paper takes Inner Mongolia grid for research object.
