A Company Nuclear Power DCS Supply Project Risk Management Study

Nuclear DCS(digital control system)is the nerve centre of a nuclear power plant,which is one of the most important complete sets of equipment.From those completed nuclear DCS project point of view,its risk control is relatively weak,which impact the schedule and increase the cost.This paper adopts the PMI project management body of knowledge as the theoretical basis;selects company A's project management system as case study object;analyzes the current situation and problem of company A's Nuclear DCS project risk management system and related organizational process assets;puts forward the risk management system applicable to nuclear DCS project.Based on the special background and execution environment of nuclear DCS project,this paper performs the nuclear DCS project risk control study with combination of the project risk management,company risk management,main contractor's risk management and risk management process assets;creates nuclear DCS project risk identification ranking and risk control ranking policy;establishes the risk management responsibility assignment;innovatively puts forward functional department responsibility system,risk response strategies and risk response measures;concludes that dynamic management of project risk is necessary.Through the case study on company A's nuclear DCS project risk management system,this paper optimizes the risk management process for Fuqing 3 and Pakistan K2K3 nuclear DCS project risk;establishes a nuclear DCS project risk management system which combined with company C's risk management system;releases related risk management procedure and templates,which improves the company A's risk management organizational process assets,innovatively establishes the specific project management methods of nuclear DCS project management system with risk identification ranking and risk control ranking,functional department responsibility system,etc.This paper concluded that by perform case study of company A's risk management system,company A's nuclear DCS project risk response ability is improved,and the project management level is promoted.
