Enterprise merger&acquisition is the integration process of various resource elements of the merger&acquisition enterprise,among which the integration of human resources is the most important integration of the No.1 resource element.The thesis is mainly used tactics of research and practice direction applied to thoroughly study the problem of human resource integration in M&A,such as disturbance of psychological contracts,employee draining,and organizational conflicts,culture conflicts,employee draining and their corresponding reasons.
