With economic globalization development, Mergers and Acquisitions (hereafter as "M&A")has been growing quickly. But successful case is not too much because business result and finance indicate is more focused and less on Human Resource Integration which is a key component of M&A actually during acquiring. In fact an adequate people is most important to enable that business is booming and financial data looks good. Based on this background, thinking the thesis would be useful to enrich and develop human resources theory. And enable more people to attention human resource integration during M&A. Even as Ms. Luo Jinglian said that the colony utility is a vector sum of all individual. The efficient measure of enhancing the colony utility is to integrate company human resources.When Human Resources Integration be as the important things of integration, we hereby can objectively analyze strengths and weaknesses of two parties and know who are we, where are we and how to do. If so do, the company would be enabled to gain integrated competitive advantage which is supported and pushed by Human Resources.The thesis started from the concept of M&A and Human Resources Integration, analyzed the relevant principles of Human Resources Management and Human Resources Integration, and theory of Human Resources Integration of M&A. And analyzed and summarized caused issues during acquiring from employee, group and organization level respectively. Worked out relevant solution suggestions. At the same time, analyzed from communications, organization, remuneration and performance management integration of Y company's integrating process systematically. Encountered issues and solution within Y company was studied, too. Here conclusion as follows,Human Resources Integration is a key component of successful integration. During the Human Resources Integrating, firstly analyzing possible issues from employee, group and organization level entirely and systematically. Then prevent or prepare relevant solution in advance, so success rate of Human Resources Integration would be enhanced largely.The point of new idea is to analyze issues from employee, group and organization level entirely and systematically to Human Resources Integration of M&A and work out relevant solution suggestion. It would be helpful and signification to the persons who will do Human Resources Integration within M&A in the future.
