Research Of Sustainable Development Of Coal Industry For Shandong Province Based On Ecological Footprint

Coal resource is dominant material foundation for sustaining development of our national economy and society.Relying on the large consumption of coal,our extensive mode of development is exerting more huge pressure on both the short non-renewable energy and fragile ecological environment,which have been always short.Such a situation would break the harmonious development among economy,society and environment.Therefore,finding a way of sustainable development of coal industry is on the top of list now.Based on the ecological footprint theory,the paper studied the principle and characteristics of the theory,established energy ecological footprint model of Shandong province and made a dynamic evaluation.Meanwhile,the paper instituted coal industry index system for sustainable development,then,made a empirical research on sustainable development of coal industry,which combined economic development,social development, ecological environmental factors and actual industry situation with each other,then,using fuzzy extension economic control,it optimized and regulated the sustainable development of coal industry,and made the strategic program of development and exploitation rationally on coal resource,which concluded some useful suggestions and measures.
