Project Management Research On Substation Maintenance Of Weifang Power Supply Company

This paper which is based on the theoretical system of project management and combined with practical work,has analyzed the following elements:the current substation transformer maintenance model items,human resources management,the three objectives of management as well as security management and noted that the substation equipment should change the traditional regular maintenance,claiming that the substation equipment shall be determined by the status of the:substation equipment maintenance;in human resources management,it proposed to break the boundaries of team,carrying out the implementation of the broadband pay system to change human resources management of new initiatives;in the three objectives of management and safety management,it has illustrated the "maintenance of risk control card" for risk control and the "standardization of operating instructions" for standardized operation.These measures have proved to be effective in the prevention of risks,safety,costs saving and quality.It can be used as a reference for similar project management.
