Research On Performance Management System Of Substation Maintenance Of Shizuishan Power Supply Company

In the present world, the performance management has been becoming an important measure of human resource management, it enhances the controlling and core competitiveness of staff in modern enterprises. However, the advanced theory of performance management has not been introduced widely and long in our country, most of the enterprises still focus on solve practical technology problems, on the contrary they put less effort on the applied research of the performance management theory, it due to the following results:the use of performance management is relatively late; lack of theoretical innovation and practical experience; insufficient consciousness of management personnel.This article focuses on the problems and deficiencies in the application of the performance management of electric power enterprise grass-roots unit, thorough and detailed discussion of problems in performance management has been done by applying methods like inductive summarization, comprehensive analysis and comparison. Based on the diagnosis of substation maintenance room performance management system problem conclusion, this article establishes the intensive study of the performance management of the process planning, index extraction, process monitoring, assessment application, communication and feedback, etc. In depth study has been made based on the problem diagnosis, analysis and real situations of the substation maintenance depart of Shizuishan Power Supply Company. The study is dedicated to construct specific performance management system which can be used for the overall staff in this company.This article uses the method of target management and key performance indicators, to research the performance management. This research not only adapts to the strategic development with the company, but also inherited the power supply enterprise performance management and set up a set of reasonable and practical performance management system.
