In recent years,our country have further increased the subsidies of agricultural machinery purchase and to implement the policy of "industry nurture agriculture",so there is an excellent opportunity in the development of agricultural mechanization. However,we must take the agricultural machinery maintenance service system into modern agricultural mechanization development in order to make the cost of great national agricultural development to be sustained effectiveness,or even be the first to consider the research on the maintenance of agricultural machinery products.Only to research,extend and apply the modern agricultural machinery maintenance service,we can make the modern agricultural machinery rapidly fully effective.With the continual development of agriculture and the rural economic situation,and the gradual popular of the large and medium-sized machinery particular high-performance machinery,some problems in agricultural machinery products maintenance service system are becoming significant,such as system lock,market structure confusion,uneven maintenance standards,lengthy response time and so on.they have seriously hindered the rapid and healthy development of agriculture mechanization.Based on the above situation,the research and application of construction and operation in "agricultural machinery products maintenance service system based on emergency management",to solve the problems in the agricultural machinery maintenance service system.It realizes the objective of rapid response and improving the efficiency of service.The paper aims to discuss about the method and its model system reflecting the characteristics of Decision-making of Emergency service under uncertain condition.Through the method and its model system,the optimal scheme under the uncertain condition can be attained.Based on the current situation of lacking systemization and application,the paper introduces the method of Case Reasoning and the uncertain mathematics programming to the analysis on decision-making of emergency and pays more attention to the optimal problem of decision-making of emergency service about agricultural machinery under uncertain condition.The classification of emergency requirment about agricultural machinery is an important approach of realizing the scientific management of emergency decision-making.The paper adopts the relative theories and methods of fuzzy reasoning,introduces the classification of emergency requirement based on the TOC(Theory of Constraints),and constitutes reasoning realization process of the classification above.It realizes the system of emergency requirement classification fuzzy reasoning.When the fuzzy assessment value of the importance,availability and the gap degree of the emergency material is input,the fuzzy classification result of emergency material requirement will be attained soon,which avoids the subjectivity and arbitrariness of judgment by means of experience to classify the material requirement and innovate the classification method of the demand analysis of emergency material.The paper takes the case as an application example how the scheme of emergency about agricultural machinery is made.We can attain whole optimal emergency material mobilization scheme by the model,preferably settle the problem of Decision-Making of emergency under the uncertain mobilization condition.It gives assist to establish the foundation of methods and models for constructing Emergency Material Mobilization Intelligence Decision Support System in the future.
