With the high-speed growing of economic development, our trade of touring is developing better. Under the situation like this, competition among tourist restaurants performance stronger than before. In order to satisfy the need of restaurants' development, staff training is playing a more important role in the field of HR management. By means of the staff's training, enterprise staff's knowledge, technical ability and work attitude are upgraded, which in return prepare enough human resource the strategic development and is transformed into one advantage of the company in the competition. However, how to evaluate the effect of the training and how to calculate the cost and gain of manpower investment have been an important question which not solved in human resource development. Practice improves that, scientific evaluation of training effect play one crucial role to illustrate the importance of training in the development of the company. The thesis has utilized theories and experience about training evaluation ,and has carried on the following exploration work:1 .The paper get the definition of tourist restaurant from the official website; it studies domestic and international books and theories of training evaluation, and these are the academic base of the model on the tourist restaurant staff training.2.The paper analyzed the present condition of the tourist restaurant staff's training and training effect evaluation and designed training effect evaluation system based on the Kirkpatrick model based on the theories above. The system sets up specific evaluation index and methods aimed at reaction levels, learning levels, behavior levels and result levels. And it designed the way of collecting data, sorting and analyzing of evaluationdata.3.In order to ensure that the evaluation system in the thesis performances moreefficiently, the paper set up a system to support the model.4.Based on the activity of Qingdao Liangyou Group staff's training evaluation, thepaper utilized the model of tourist restaurants' staff training effect evaluation model.And it proves that the model to evaluate mentioned above in the paper is applicableand operable.
