In the era of knowledge economy, human resource has become the core competitiveness of enterprises. Training as the carrier for dissemination of knowledge and skills that becomes the important means of enterprise to attract talents, cultivation of talent and retain talent,In this background, Power Company also should attache great importance to the training work. Training evaluation is the important content of effective training, it can reflect the training results and existing problems of enterprise, has a positive role correctly. However, the current generation of enterprise regardless of the training assessment, because of the regardless, it exists serious influence on enterprise training effectiveness. Therefore, the training effect evaluation system of the power generation enterprise staff needs to be optimized. At the same time, in order to achieve good training results, we should understand the impact of the training effect in the training factors, so as to effectively avoid or using these factors and promote the training effect.North China Electric Power (Group) Co., Ltd is a typical oversize power enterprise, this essay takes it as an example, under the guidance of the training theory, using the questionnaire method, interview method and the method of data collection to finish the investigation and study of this enterprise. Because of the constraints in time and capacity, the study only in the light of teachers’teaching training site, not to other forms of training into the scope of the study. On the basis of above all, the essay then using the Kirkpatrick Four Levels model and the "five level six indexes evaluation model", and fully consider the factors influencing training effectiveness, to establish the process of electricity generation enterprise training evaluation, design the training effect evaluation level goal, provide the evaluation index for each assessment level, make a proposal to evaluation method of training, point out the generating method of training evaluation report, and put forward the corresponding management strategy of training assessment, finally to achieve a perfect result that can provide reference to the actual training evaluation work of designed for power generation.
