Nowadays, China’s tourism facilities overall level are not bad. Apparently all tourism area is complete with standard service quality and facilities projects. However, according to the increase of tourism demand diversification for the service level, the requirements of elevation the service are getting higher. The tourist experience quality is closely linked with the area management skill level. Interactive in between staffs(especially general staff) in the facility area and the tourist(service level and skill level), have directly affects the evaluation of the overall feature. Hence, the training for the staffs is vital.For nowadays, besides the difficulty importing talent workers to China, lack of systematic training also one of the problem which lead to the overall low service skill and quality.Moreover, many of the workers lack of an understanding and cognition regarding the training,which result the staffs confuse and uncertain concerning their duties.In this paper, the whole organization operation first full training system in Guangdong Province Nanhai District of Foshan City, Xiqiao Mountain National Scenic Area, involving a large number of people, covers the most extensive training, rich in content and details of the operation is rigorous, achieved good training effect. Xiqiao Mountain Scenic Area as the old state-owned domestic scenic tourist reception carried out earlier, the problems in many old scenic spots in particular is general and representative of the state-owned resources scenic area,such as the low quality of the staff, not the establishment of the system of staff training system,training organization did not achieve normalization and so on. Based on this, this paper takes the Xiqiao Mountain Scenic Area as an example, collecting first-hand data, on the basis of scenic area management, enterprise training theory combined with the current research results and training cases of domestic and international field, the more in-depth study of strategic orientation, demand theory, the five level system, and evaluation theory model combined with the actual situation, the theoretical model and area based model screening, at the same time in the collection to the data source on the basis of the effective training needs of staff area investigation and analysis, aiming at the design of training plan, determine the training management system, clear training objectives, the implementation of key scenic spot application, organizational management and evaluation etc.. Based on the research of thetraining organization induction process, providing reference and training employees work for other tourist attractions in china.
