In the era of the knowledge economy, the competition among enterprises has transformed from the capital competition to the human recourse competition. The human recourse has been the core-competitiveness. In order to enhance the core-competitiveness of enterprises, we must strengthen the human capital in the management of all aspects. Staff training is a powerful mean which enterprise to improve the quality of personnel, and a powerful tool to enhance the competitiveness. Efficient staff training has a significant effect to improving staff performance and organizational productivity, reducing staff turnover rate and maintaining the sustainable development of enterprises. In our country, the state-owned banks have the internal reform, introducing strategic investors and learn to the outstanding enterprises, at the same time staff training system of the state-owned banks has built, and the quantity and quality of staff training are improving step by step. Even so, China’s state-owned commercial bank training effect is still low, which is a sign of overall training level.The main purpose of this study is to find out the most significant effectible factors on the training from many. Then the study will put forward the counter measures to enhance staff training effect of state-owned commercial banks according to the significant factors. This paper deduces the erotica model,which is the most significant factor of employee training of state owned commercial banks, then the study will propose assume according the model. Finally, the study analyses the question through exploratory factor analysis and step wise multiple regression analysis.The following conclusions through analyzing:Factors which have positive influence on the employee training of state-owned commercial banks are the training content, employee attitude, organizational support, training assessment and personal ability. The five factors are arranged in descending order. Study also puts forward the strategies to improve their employee training of state-owned commercial banks in view of the above five conclusions. State-owned commercial banks can improve the staff training effect through optimizing the training content, raising the enthusiastic of staff training attitude; strengthening the leader support, building sound mechanism of assessment; and improving the staff ability from lots of facts, and so on.
