With the moving forward of reform of national power system,electric foreign economic trade enterprises are confronted with more and more challenges arising from market competition.And exposing its shortcomings which fail to meet marketing environment changes.Under the context,it is of very important to research the Market Positioning Strategy on foreign economic and trade service enterprise.This paper carries through comprehensive analysis and research on the interior and exterior marketing environment of North China International Power Economic & Trade Corp.(NCIP) by applying the theories of strategic management as well as marketing, presenting the existing advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges it is confronted with;based on the analysis and research,it fixes on the target market and market positioning of the Corporation,and advances the Market Positioning Strategy of the Corporation.At last,it puts forwards the measures for implementation of market positioning strategies.Therefore it has a great referenced and instructive meaning for establishment of market positioning strategies of NCIP and other electric foreign economic trade enterprises.
