Power Demand Side Management In ZhouKou Area

Along with the economic development of China,the bottleneck question of energy is more outstanding.Especially since the past 10 years,the growth rate of load is greater than that of the quantity of electricity,which makes the load rate of electric network drop down,peak valley disparity increase.This will bring difficulty for peak transfer and economical operation of electric network.This paper proposes that power demand side management and its effective evaluation are implemented in the power to these urgent problems.Power demand side management(DSM) is internationally fashionable resource management technology,through adopting reasonable hortative instrument. This paper summarizes the develop of DSM both at home and abroad on the basis of making a general presentation of the concepts,methods and properties about demand side management.This paper also builds a judging system on the basis of the DSM effective evaluation.It is proved by an example of Zhoukou in Henan province that realizes the transfer from adopting reasonable hortative instrument to the improvement of energy and effect by the application of the DSM theory and judging system. Eventually the strength of energy consumption can be reduced and the purpose of building a conservation-minded enterprise and society can be attained.
