Now the modern enterprise management system of Chinese private enterprises is still not perfect and the market of professional managers does not sound,many problems are appearing after the introduction of professional managers,such as incentive invalid,bound misconduct,etc.The Performance Assessment of professional managers is the basis of binding mechanisms and incentives.For the starting point according to what have said,in this passage,on the basis of the performance status and theoretical basis and factors analysis of professional managers,a method of building a system of performance indicators of professional managers is proposed,which is on the basis of Key Performance Indicators and major annual business plan,select indicator through analysis the partial correlation with the Economic Value Added,determine the indicator weight with Analytic Hierarchy Process.At last,a comprehensive assessment system the core of EVA is formed. |
