This paper mainly based on the basic theory and research methods of human resource performance management.The status of human resources performance management system of Jilin GH medical group was analyzed.This paper mainly discusses the 360 degree assessment method and the key performance indicators(KPI)and other modern human resource performance management methods in the practice of the combination and application.And aiming at the problems existing in Jilin GH medical group,this method is put forward to improve and perfect the human resources performance management system of Jilin GH medical group.At the same time,pay attention to the practicality and the implementation of the method of operation.Finally,on the basis of improving and perfecting the human resources performance management system of Jilin GH medical group,this system is put forward as a practical suggestion for the development of enterprise human resources performance management system.
