Study On The Path And Strategies For SMTEs To Cut In International Industrial Chain

According to the study of the professional theory and the investigation of the enterprises, the paper chooses small & medium-sized technological enterprises(SMTEs) as the researching target, especially small & medium-sized technological manufacturing enterprises, and makes an systematic analysis and intensive research about the path and strategies of SMTEs for cutting into the international industrial chain, based on the analysis about the actual status of the enterprises in the international industrial chain and the developing situations of SMTEs.The paper starts from the relative theories about SMTEs, gets the definition of SMTEs based on the definitions about the medium &sized enterprises and makes a conclusion about the SMTEs' features. According to the actual status of the enterprises in the international industrial chain and the developing situations of SMTEs, the paper makes a comparative analysis about the SMTEs cutting in the international industrial chain from three aspects: the developing opportunities, the comparative advantages and the limited factors. Based on the above, the paper makes the systematic analysis and qualitative research about the factors which have the influence on the chose of the path for SMTEs cutting in international industrial chain. And under the intensive research about the influenced factors, the paper makes further quantitative analysis about these with application of AHP. Then it states the decisive model of the path for SMTEs cutting in international industrial chain with application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method. After that, the paper analyzes the strategies for vertical promotion and horizontal expansion of SMTEs in the international industrial chain, and then it states the three-stage model for SMTEs cutting in international industrial chain. Otherwise, the paper makes the preliminary investigation on the supporting polices made by our government aiming at helping the SMTEs cutting in international industrial chain from the point of the government's macro view. At last, the paper choose the investigated enterprise-BOYA Mechanical Corporate as the actual case and makes an analysis.The characteristics of the thesis are as follows: (1) With the application of AHP, it makes the quantitative analysis and research on the factors which have the influence on the chose of the path for SMTEs cutting in international industrial chain. Then it points out that the primary influenced factors is the enterprises' self- factor, which the most important factors in it is the capability of enterprises' technological innovation, then the capability of enterprises' marketing, the product factor, the capability of enterprises' capital operating and the human resources.(2) With the application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, it makes the overall evaluation on the path model for SMTEs cutting in international industrial chain, and then builds the decisive model of the path for SMTEs cutting in international industrial chain.(3) Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis about the influenced factors and the path model for SMTEs cutting in international industrial chain, the paper gets the "three-stage" model for SMTEs cutting in international industrial chain.
