With the implementation of reform and opening up policy, China’s accession to the WTO process to achieve the sustainable development of China’s processing trade, the rapid growth of China’s economy has made important contributions. However, with the depth of the international economic structure adjustment, the global economic instability, a sharp rise in the price of raw materials, the continuous appreciation of the RMB, changes in domestic economic policy. Many enterprises are facing SMEs type of international OEM customers lost, increased costs, reduced profits, increased operating costs and other issues. How to find a suitable SME international foundry own development path, the key issue in the face of competition and changes in the domestic economic situation in large international companies to seek new profit growth point has become the current international foundry survival of small and medium.This article first systematic exposition of the previous theoretical literature on international OEM business growth path selection, including the related concepts OEM, ODM and the value chain theory, at home and abroad on business growth path of research. On this basis, through small and medium enterprises of international foundry factor analysis, combined with the current growth of our international OEM business environment analysis, the theory with the actual case. By understanding the global value chain, the external environment, law and business development of the company’s development process within the corporate status of the current comprehensive analysis, combined with the company’s own strategic objectives, choose from the brand overseas regional markets, product selection, human resource management, etc. analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of enterprises, a reasonable choice of development path for small and medium enterprises in the international OEM.Finally, given the current international growth path planning for small and medium manufacturing enterprises, namely by strengthening management, improve efficiency, reduce costs, changing business ideas, enhance team building, to grasp the core service capabilities of customer growth, initially playing "customer demand-oriented agile enterprise", through the accumulation of long to serve customers around the world as the goal, Ebb Tide, not to the good rather than constantly accumulate their strength, and strive to do a good job,"Made in China" which world-renowned brands. I hope this can be for the development of small and medium sized enterprises play an international OEM reference.
