Research On The Construction Of Corporate Social Responsibility System In China

In recent years,the theoretical study and practice of corporate social responsibility(CSR) have developed rapidly in international community.After China's accession to the WTO,the internationalization of competition among enterprises,line with the rules of the international marketing game,which have made china attaches great importance to make the beginning of the academic research in this area.At present,China's research on CSR is still in a stage of the digestive track, has not formed the basic complete theoretical system with Chinese characteristics and methodology system which can guide enterprise's operation.At present,the understanding CSR in the vast majority of Chinese business enterprises remains at a relatively shallow level,The business community in general feels that the government's functional departments in this regard is lack of guidance and lack of academic research.As a result,for the enterprise after China's accession to the WTO, CSR has become the urgency of research.CSR,in essence,is the location of the role in the business of building a harmonious society,the so-called corporate social roles,is a set of rights,obligations or norms of behavior which are consistent with their social status,can also be the behavior expectations of corporate in a particular social status in building a harmonious society.In this sense,CSR is the action should be taken,the duties should be fulfilled,and the dedication of the obligations should be done to meet society's expectations and demands of enterprises,which is from the requirements of building a harmonious society.In the background of China's socio-economic policy which is adhere to the strategy of sustainable development and the establishment of a harmonious society,In-depth analysis and study of CSR is undoubtedly of a very important theoretical and practical importance.In this paper,follow the principles of combining the inheritance and innovation and combining the theoretical study and the practice research,which conducted an in-depth study on the topic and made the main elements in CSR system based on the proposed construction of a harmonious society and the construction mechanism.In this paper,the main research work done by the following:First,sets out a comprehensive selection of CSR in background,purpose,meaning,the study status both at home and abroad,as well as the main text and methods;Second,based on sort of theoretical research in CSR,sets out a comprehensive theory of internal relations in CSR and many other traditional theory;Third,a comprehensive analysis of our CSR and the development of the existing problems and a further analysis in the new requirements about the research and innovation of CSR in building a harmonious society;Fourth,based on the system construction of CSR abroad,making a system of enlightenment and experience in building our CSR;Fifth,put forward the building of CSR,including five-dimensional CSR system;Sixth,an implementation mechanism of CSR in our country.
