The Development Of Bancassurance In Hong Kong And The Implication To Insurance Companies In China

The thesis first gave a general introduction regarding bancassurance and it's development history of Hong Kong and China.It further analyzed the background and the development and the model of the western country.This paper also introduced the general outline of the bancassurance business,the model and relevant successful experiences in Europe and Asia.Based on the above academic research,the author used Hong Kong as an example to carry out a case-analysis of bancassurance business development strategy.After finding out the problems regarding bancassurance business of the bank,the author gave the relevant solutions to the bank,including cooperation model,product & service innovation,human resources,training,information technology,insurance law and regulation.Based on the above, the author proposed some resolutions for China's bancassurance development.
