The Study On The Relation Between Foreign Direct Investment And Industrial Security

With the strengthening trend of economic globalization,the Foreign Direct Investment makes a significant contribution to the economic development of Guangdong,but at the same time,the FDI brings the problems of economic security which could not be neglected.Industrial security is the base of the economic security,thus this attracts more attention on it.Firstly,this thesis sorts out the study fruits about industrial security theory and foreign direct investment.This paper builds a model which is from the perspective of microeconomics to analysis the relationship between the industrial security and its indicators which can measure it.Secondly,the great achievements of attracting foreign investment in Guangdong are objectively outlined.The threats of foreign direct investment which are brought to Guangdong are also analyzed at the same time.Then empirical tests are carried on through the specific model of FDI and industrial security in Guangdong province by reusing a large number of data focused on the impact elements of foreign investment in industrial safety and put forward the influence of FDI on the outer factors which effect industrial safety.In conclusion,this paper proves that FDI is negative to the industrial security and deal with the relationship between using foreign capital in Guangdong province and protecting the security industry from the summary of policy level on how to effectively.In view of developed countries of bringing in foreign capital to successfully develop national economy,this paper looks forward to providing theoretical basis for government with the development model of build Guangdong security features by harmony development conception between economy and the environment by combining the actual situation in Guangdong and following the scientific development and circular economy conception.
