| FDI has become one of the most important factors that are promoting China's economic development. By analyzing the special conditions of China and Guangdong, this paper is intended to reveal the impact of FDI on Guangdong's industrial structure. Comparative analysis of Guangdong, Jiangsu and Shandong shows that industrial stru cture in Guangdong has been upgraded with the accumulation of FDI. However, there are still some problems. So it is suggested that we should take full advantage of socialistic market economy, especially develop collectivized agricultural industry and knowledge-intensive service industry. What's more, we should recognize the cooperation of Pan-Zhu-triangle economic area as an opportunity and take full advantage of Guangdong's advantage in geography, economics and industrial structure to upgrade Guangdong's industrial structure in a competitive and cooperative atmosphere. |
