Research On Function Of Tariff Protection Under Scientific Outlook Of Development

Tariff protection is one of the three most important aspects in the context of tariff,which is directly concerned with economic and trade exchange across different countries.Based on China's conditions and the development needs in economic and trade,under the guidance of tariff theory,our national government has established concrete policies of tariff protection, and adjusted the content of direction and policies of tariff protection.In the 30 years of China's Reform and Opening-up,along with the Economy Globalization and joining of the WTO,China's economy has made tremendous progress. However,the International Political Economic Situation is more complex,problems of resource and environment protection cannot be neglected in the high speed increasing process of economic.The government needs to resolve problems in a scientific way.The Scientific Outlook on Development,which is the succession and development to the Three Generation Lead-groups of CPC on the important ideology of development,under the core of people-oriented and total coordinating sustainable development,is of guiding significance for our practice of reform and opening-up.This thesis takes the connotation of China's Tariff Protection as research object.The focus has been on expounding the direction of scientific outlook on development,and studies the new content of the protective effect that should be included in the new situation,such as the protection of China's industry,the protection of resource,and the protection of entironment.According to the analysis,this thesis offers some proposals for the adjustment of policies of tariff.
