As Internet becomes popular and the netizen increasing,many kinds of electronic commerce appear day by day.Especially the C2C commerce has a rapid development.Create an online shop already became a new choice for more and more people who want to start an enterprise. According to the date from IResearch,the user opened an online shop occupied the ratio more than 50%in the recent two years.Each year the number of the new shop is around 30%.To research the transaction of commodity is helpful to the development of the on-line shop. Firstly,this thesis reviews the foreign and domestic scholars' study of the successful factors for the electronic retail merchant,and research of thesis is Mainly from three viewpoints which are system's quality,consumer's network shopping behavior and network shop management.With the combination of the research results of related theories and the actual website operation in C2C in China,make the model of volume of business which is affected by seller reliability,goods value,serviceability and commodity information.With the research to typical C2C website in China-Taobao.com,using stochastic variable and probability sampling,making collection of the data from three commodities of different kind,make demonstration research to factors of impact on C2C electronic commerce.Finally,according to the data result that the seller's reliability,the goods value,and serviceability is influence remarkable to the transaction of commodity.Give the opinions and suggestions to the brokers and sellers on the net shop to facilitating the on-line transactions by fallowing the research conclusion.
