| Nowadays,the status of ports is more than the distribution center of cargos and tourists,it has developed to a deeper layer,the scale and development of ports to a great degree depend on the city's economic situation.On the other way round,the development of ports can stimulate the city's development.With intense competitions among ports and the great changes of economic environment,the port enterprises have already realized that in order to stay alive in the cruel competitions,they have to have some definite competition power.How to evaluate the competition power of ports? Therefore,this article focuses on the evaluation of ports' competition power.Because of project context,this article is based on the facts of Shenzhen Port,the aim is to evaluate the comprehensive competition power towards Shenzhen Port.The first chapter is introduction,it mainly introduces the study background and significance;the second chapter analyzes the factors that influence the comprehensive competition power towards Shenzhen Port,it generally analyzes 7 aspects:1) the natural conditions of port 2) the service level of port 3) the basic facilities of port 4) the running management 5) the developments of port 6) the development state of port 7) the policy of port;the third chapter establishes the target system of evaluation, during the course of establishment,this article takes the design principles of target system and data's maneuverability into consideration;the forth chapter establishes the evaluation model—Factor Analysis,this article combines catastrophe theory with factor analysis during the course of evaluation and uses the cusp catastrophe model to analyze the state of Shenzhen Port;furthermore,it also focuses on the analysis of the factors which play important parts in the comprehensive competition power towards Shenzhen Port;lastly,it puts forward some suggestions,this chapter has the most realistic meanings,it analyzes what Shenzhen Port should do to react to this great challenge. |
