The evolution disciplines of complex economic system are always concerned by theory scholars and application departments. A lot of attention has been paid to the theory and its application of complex economic system and a series of research achievements have been got as result of the exploration in this field. This dissertation discusses the theory of the nonlinear time-dependent characteristic of evolution of complex economic system based on the complexity theory, and constructs an evolution model of economic organization of research and development using the theories and methods of system and management. Some key rules and problems of system evolution, such as equilibrium and evolution trajectory, adaptation and competition power are discussed, and the effect of environment parameters, ascertain of control parameters are studied associated with the reality in software development organization. Adaptation and competition power of organizations with kinds of capability levels are also researched based on the capability maturity model.Based on the complex nonlinear system theory and contraposing the nonlinear time-dependent characteristic of complex economic system, this dissertation researches the structure, stability, equilibrium trajectory bifurcation and trajectory catastrophe phenomenon of evolution, the characteristics of the equilibrium catastrophe trajectory which is caused by parameters. Using the dynamics model, the stability of evolution trajectory and critical value with different initial states, disturbance of environment parameter and disturbance of control decision-making parameters, which can decide the evolution trajectory ultimately in nonlinear time-dependent system, are discussed. According to the simulation results, some conclusion on the evolution trajectory control of complex economic organization of research and development are drawn, which proposes some method for the research of evolution of nonlinear economic system.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the economic organization of research and development, the market capability, research and development capability, organization and management capability, their formation and the relationship between them are discussed. Taking the resource acquirement and capability change as main thread, the interactive relationship of kinds of factors in evolution of the economic organization of research and development are studied, and a system dynamics model of the evolution of the economic organization of research and development is proposed. The quantified equations of the core factors, such as project attainability, project resource quantum and the organizing capability for research and development are given.Based on the basic distribution and depiction form of the research and development projects, contraposing the adaptability between project scale and the economic organization of research and development, the concept of"economical adaptability"are proposed and its...
