The purposes of this dissertation were to investigate the contents of organizational health. As well as to study the antecedents and consequences of organizational health content. For these purposes, some standard research methods, such as literature review, literature and survey were used in the research. In addition, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factory analysis were also applied for data analysis. More than 800 employees in 10 different kinds of Chinese companies which were from 3 cities in China were surveyed. The main conclusions are as following:First, the content of organizational health consisted of two factors ,which included harmony development,management system.The reliability and validity of organizational health content questionnaire were highly enough.Second, discussion about the relationship between organizational health and its consequences, such as work-related happiness and job-related efficacy. It was discovered that harmony development was positively correlated with work-related happiness and job-related efficacy; management system was negatively correlated with job-related efficacy .Third, discussion about the demographical variables' effects on the contents of organizational health. The demographical variables included sex, age, education level, job tenure, enterprises nature and model. It was found that the demographical variables had some significant effects on the contents of organizational health.Current limitations and future research orientation were also discussed at the end of the dissertation.
