Along with the social economic and political development, the world has opened a new era of information economy, most of the domestic enterprises of China also seize this opportunity, strive to seek self development path, meet the challenge to grasp the opportunity, the formation of the current scale of benign economic development trend, but at the same time also should see, our country many of the company’s development also suffered a bottleneck. Investigate its cause, staff management is a major contributor to. For a long time, the domestic small and medium-sized companies because of lack of personnel management, and its node tissue structure framework is not complete, not clear, management concept is relatively backward, the staff lack of confidence, lack of sense of responsibility, the lack of a sense of security, lack of motivation, lack of sense of belonging, leading to brain drain, so to strengthen the enterprise human resources management, to improve staffs sense of happiness becomes the current important topic. What is employee well-being? Is refers to the enterprise in order to meet the needs of employees in two aspects of spirit and matter and continue to create a variety of adapt to the environment and conditions. Regular assessment of staff well-being, analysis of its causes, not only has the very big help to improve the staffs enthusiasm, initiative and loyalty, but also can make the competitiveness of enterprises strive for further improvement.This paper adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey method, interview method, comprehensive analysis method, the Zhejiang telecommunications company as an example, to research this subject employee well-being in Zhejiang Tong Communication Co. ltd.. Various factors of the evaluation of employee well-being to study. The main contents of this paper:the first part is the introduction, research object be concise and to the point is introduced in this paper, the background, significance and the domestic and foreign literature research, a detailed description of the main content of this paper and the basis, as well as the characteristics. Then describes the research on employee well-being and actual investigation, focuses on the definition, characteristics of happiness, happiness of the evaluation, influencing factors, analyze the influence on the work of the organization and the definition of happiness and happiness organization benchmarking practice. Then on this basis, a design of the questionnaire and the concrete implementation scheme employee well-being, analyzed the data on the other hand, focuses on the analysis of various factors influencing happiness and its relationship with the enterprise benefit, and summarized, at present the company employees work well-being problems and difficulties of, and to improve employee well-being put forward reasonable, specific suggestions and ways in the end.
