Since the reform and opening-up,China's economy and people's living standards have been improved greatly,Happiness has become an important indicator of people's life quality.As the “barometer” and an indispensable part of our country's economy,the small and medium-sized private enterprise also acts as the main force in promoting China's economy.Currently,the private enterprises account for 80% of the country's total number of companies,among which the small and medium-sized ones are the most part.With the increasingly fierce competition in the market,the importance of high-quality labour resource to the small and medium-sized private enterprises has been promoted constantly.To keep a foothold and develop in the fierce competition,the small and medium-sized private enterprises are supposed to explore the management style that can help producing their employees' happiness.From the employee's perspective,the promotion of their happiness contributes to the physical and psychological well-being and the establishment of harmonious social relationship.As for the company's development,the guidance and promotion of the employee's happiness is vital to maximize their full potential and strengthen the employee's sense of belonging and loyalty so as to boost job performance and propel the sustainable development of the company.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and analyze the workers' sense of happiness from small and medium-sized private enterprises,then put forward some suggestions that can help advancing the employees' happiness.By taking some employees from small and medium-sized private enterprises as research objects,160 of them are investigated through random sampling.Then,the employee's basic information,job-related happiness,salary and welfare,opportunities for career advancement,working environment and interpersonal relationship are studied through the SPSS20.0 software.After the analysis,we find that some elements including age,years of working,level of education,annual income and level of position have remarkable influence on happiness.What's more,we also find that salary and welfare,opportunities for advancement,working environment and interpersonal relationship are highly related to happiness,and they can positively predict the job-related happiness.According to the above research results,some proposals are offered to the small and medium-sized private enterprises.To begin with,perfect the salary and welfare and the promotion systems,strengthen the staff training and provide a satisfying working environment.Then,provide supplementary support for employees by intervening the job-related happiness through company's social work so as to let them work happily.
