Exploration And Practice Of Measurement System In Quality Management

In the industrial domain's quality management, using data is extremely frequent and quite widespread. The product quality management's success or failure and the income are decided to a great extent in the service data quality. In all quality manangement, the application of statistical method is estabilished on the base of data. In order to obtain the high grade data, intendants must establish one available, highly effective and reliable measurement system. The measurement system is a foundational link guaranteeing the organization's effective movement. The quality of the measurement system (including measurement equipment and measuring process) does not only influence the product or the service's quality, but also affects the environmental management system as well as the movement of the occupational safety and the health management and so on. Only can the measurement system accurate guarantee that the judgment accurate, can cause the management implementation or improvement accurate finally. Therefore, the author thought that the superintendent should first want to confirm measurement system's serviceability.It begined in Eagle A.R and Grubbs F.E. Et al. to measurement system's research, which was mainly about from statistical angle to measuring error's research. In 1972, Mandel J. proposed the concepet and computatioanl method of the measurement system analysis's duplication and the reproducibility (called R & R). Since the 90s, the academic circle and the business community have displayed the enormous interest to the measurement system analysis. However, the domestic research many more concentrated in the quality engineering management. It was also insufficient to its method principle system from the statistics angle and unifing the Minitab software's applied research was quite few. This article, under the direction of the predecessor, takes this as the research starting point, and seeks some quantity system's explortion and practice method to measure, mainly for following several aspect contents:(1) Introduce world advanced management tool six sigma, GRR and Minitab and so on;(2) Has analyzed measurement system's statistical property and the method principle, systematically using the statistical theory model;(3) Application method of Minitab software as well as GRR Easy Form created by myself;(4) Gather the illustrative cases to carry on the analysis.
